We're excited you're interested in joining us for nine months of deeper professional development. This cohort is designed for independent school educators who are ready to reflect honestly on their practice, connect with colleagues across schools, and tackle real challenges together.
Before you apply, here's what to know:
Cohort size is limited to 12 educators — we prioritize creating an intimate, trusted space for meaningful dialogue.
The program runs September through May and includes monthly 90-minute virtual sessions, two individual coaching sessions, and a one-day in-person retreat.
Early Bird pricing ($2,075) is available through May 15. Regular pricing is $2,375.
